My husband and I spent several days in sunny Southern California. There are very few places on this earthly planet we call home that displays the glory of God through its beautiful weather more than there. The days were sunny and beautiful. The air was crisp as we traveled high up in the mountains. The nights cooled down so swiftly when the sun in the heavens moved over to another part of God's world.

We would gather our breakfast from the tangerine, orange and lemon trees hanging full of their luscious fruit in the yard of the home we were staying in. Brilliantly colored tropical plants greeted us at every corner. Without a word God displayed His glory right before our eyes. It was a wonderful time of rest and relaxation with our extended family in that beautiful part of the world.

Would you take time to meditate upon God's creation? Learn about God's power and our finiteness as He reveals Himself through nature. The sun, moon, clouds, and the wind are fantastic displays of God's craftsmanships.

Today, look for God's handiwork in nature and the heavens. Then thank Him for all that magnificent beauty and the truth it reveals about our creator.
